About MeterCubed

MeterCubed is an independent Minecraft resource, built to help players find the guides, mods and servers that fit how they play. I’m XTCooper (an online pseudonym), and I’ve been playing Minecraft since 2015. I enjoy the technical side of the game, mostly redstone, and that has led me into hosting many servers for my various social circles at home, through Realms, and on third-party services.

I started this site because I wanted to create a source to impart everything I have gathered from the game that players new and old could reference. Everything here is written from what I’ve actually tested, and I note the Minecraft version each article was checked on.

How the site is funded

Some links are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. It never changes my ratings. I use them to support the site. Fortunately the only ongoing cost at the moment is the domain, so this is more than enough to keep the website ad-free with no paywall. You can read more in theaffiliate disclosure.
